How we met the objective

Adam has been providing rent review advice to Herbert Smith Freehills for over eight years. He advised on the last two rent reviews for levels 1-6 of Exchange House (240,000 sq ft) and negotiated settlements with the landlord at nil uplift from the previous passing rent. 

We also advised on the last two cycles of rent reviews in 10 Exchange Square (45,000 - 60,000 sq ft). Adam negotiated at nominal uplift at the last review, following works by the landlord to improve the end of trip and main reception areas.
