How we met the objective

We applied our knowledge of London’s sub-markets to identify various off-market opportunities. After selecting a shortlist, we used our strong relationships to approach potential vendors on our clients’ behalf.

Regent Quarter comprises an estate of several properties and offices totalling c.80,000 sq ft, with the potential to undertake immediate asset management initiatives and improvements - aligning with our client’s strategy.
