How we met the objective

60 Fenchurch Street, designed by Eric Parry Architects, is a glass tower rising above the Fenchurch Street plaza with excellent rental potential. We have been working with Royal London on this asset for over 10 years. We are now advising on the refurbishment of most of the floors and the design of an entirely new ground floor reception experience. A new leasing campaign is about to start at increased rental values. In addition, we advise Royal London on the building’s rent reviews.
