How we met the objective

We advised on the finishes and scheme design which included a new double height reception opening onto a private garden for exclusive use of the occupiers. We then worked on a leasing and marketing strategy which included repositioning it to the market and focusing on a pre-letting campaign. We secured multiple tenants at record rents for the location ahead of the sale to a US private family office and were re-appointed by the new owners to continue leasing the building until fully let.
