We identified 25 Charterhouse Square in the prime submarket of Farringdon because it aligned to Ares’ objective of being next to major transport links. The building comprises 42,000 sq ft of Grade A workspace and we used our knowledge of the local market to provide strategic leasing advice on the vacant floor which created further value.
The building was purchased for a price in the region of £43.5 million.
