After providing initial underwriting, 99 Gresham Street was shortlisted and we undertook full appraisals and managed the competitive bidding process on behalf of the clients. We also led their professional teams during the exclusivity period.

Following the successful acquisition, we continue to advise our client throughout the lifecycle of the asset – including advice around rent reviews, lease renewals and expiries, as well new lettings, refurbishments and marketing campaigns.
