We worked closely with travel and workplace strategy consultants to identify a location which would minimise the impact of the relocation for staff and make sure the new office met their aspirations of a more collaborative working environment.
The News Building was identified as an option that met their objectives and had a positive impact on overall staff travel times. In addition, we negotiated the ability to acquire more space within the building, under an option agreement.
The new 45,000 sq ft office came fully fitted with a high-quality client suite, collaborative breakout areas, private offices and open plan desk areas that aligned to their way of working. This allowed for a seamless transition from their existing office in Sutton, on the outskirts of London.
