How we met the objective

We undertook a search of City building options, taking into account their ideal criteria. We identified 8 Bishopsgate as the leading option with its sustainability credentials - from design to construction and operation. We acquired 17,000 sq ft and, at the same time, assigned their existing lease at Moor House to a new tenant achieving a substantial premium to CLSA.
