How we met the objective

We have been advising Debevoise & Plimpton for many years and have advised on their property strategy and requirements as they've grown. The latest acquisition was for 80,000 sq ft in The Northcliffe - a former light industrial building transformed into an office building with large, expansive floor plates centred around a striking light-filled atrium. Their new office space is designed by architects TP Bennett and will be fitted in 2024 ahead of their lease expiry.
