Royal London Asset Management's strategy for this 55,000 sq ft self-contained building includes increasing the rental yield, enhancing the ESG credentials, aiming for Net Zero Carbon, exploring the potential for additional terraces/communal roof terrace, improving the end of trip facilities and reimagining the reception and office space. We are helping them to meet all these objectives to create a best-in-class office scheme for delivery in 2027.
